Schedule Adjustments: We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any schedule adjustments. A credit card on file is required, but you will not be charged at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation Policy: Failure to provide a 48-hour notice for cancellation or "no show" will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance incurs a $50 rebooking fee. 3. Deposit for Lash Extensions Full Set: New clients booking a Lash Extensions Full Set must pay a deposit fee via GlossGenius to secure the appointment. 4. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be given, with a $25 late fee applying after that. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. 5. Preparation for Lash or Brow Services: Avoid caffeine 4 hours before your appointment. For lash services, come with a clean face/lashes - no face makeup, mascara, or eye makeup.
